A Night of Culinary Artistry: The "Primo Di Tanti" Celebration
The First of Many
House of Great Treasure launched its Cucina Viva programme with Primo di Tanti, Italian for The First of Many. Curated by Culinary Consultant Chef Leonard Cheung, the invitation-only evening welcomed Hong Kong’s media, design, and hospitality leaders to a new era of HOGT—where Italian heritage, modern design, and fine living converge.
A Landmark Evening
Guests enjoyed sparkling aperitivo and rare Italian natural wines by Cheese Meets Wine, followed by remarks from HOGT’s Founder, Chef Leonard, and the Italian Chamber of Commerce HK & Macao. The evening culminated in live demonstrations by Chef Jim Löfdahl (Embla) and Chef Angelo Agliano (Tosca di Angelo), showcasing Italian culinary artistry at its finest.
Looking Ahead
Primo di Tanti set the tone for HOGT’s mission: to unite design excellence, gastronomy, and cultural heritage. Beginning in 2026, a Monthly Culinary Programme will continue this momentum with public events ranging from cooking demonstrations and wine pairings to masterclasses and seasonal gatherings.
